Be Labor Ready for Your Labor Day,

This is a supplemental class or a refresher for 2nd time parents.  Maybe you will learn new techniques.

It is fun, interactive, and empowering.

This class will help you with Labor Movement, Labor Positions, Optimal Baby Positioning, Labor Breathing, Comfort Techniques, and more. These techniques are essential "Tools" for Your New Birth.          

Virtual or In-Person 2 - 3 hour intensive class

Whether the birth is at home or a hospital, natural or medicated, these classes are designed for your needs and informed choices. 

Included but not limited:  Labor Stages, Medical Procedures, Coping Techniques, Basic Postpartum, Breastfeeding, & of course "Be Labor Ready Course"
5  Classes split/full day Intensive &  Private!

includes a workbook, resources, and evidence-based help even after the classes are over.

Birth Doula Services 

• Be Labor Ready (in person or  virtual childbirth class) - See childbirth classes above
• A minimum of 2 prenatal visits / video 
• Being on call for you from 38 - 42 weeks.
• Birth Plan review
• Phone, text, Video Chat and/or email support
• In person early-active labor support & immediate after the birth support
• One postpartum home visit between 3 - 7 days after birth. Postpartum visit -1 1/2 hour duration 
• Additional postpartum appointments available upon request

This 2 hour informational chat will help you begin to develop a sense of awareness to your menstrual cycle and help you embrace your Wombanhood. Open conversation about what happens to a woman body during their monthly cycle.  Hormones, nutrition, possible fertility and relationship guidance will be learned.  You found a friend in me.
